To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

 

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached

  • Returned due to a defect or error in order

You must initiate a return request within 3 days of the delivery date. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.


2.3 Return Process:

b. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions

c. Securely pack the item with original packaging and tags

d. Ship the item via a trackable shipping method

e. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part

 


 

 

3. Exchanges

 


We do not offer exchanges for material preferences. Exchanges are considered only if you receive a defective item or sizing issues.


To request an exchange for a defective product:

b. Upon approval, follow the same return process outlined above

c. After inspection, we will process and dispatch the replacement item
